Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we ship and how returns work.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Standard Shipping — 3–5 working days within Europe. Complimentary on orders over €200.
Express Shipping — 1–2 working days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping — 5–10 working days depending on destination. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. We cover the shipping cost for all exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
